Nature at the Gate
I reflect on nature increasingly these days, rising early to watch and listen as the day arrives, working in a garden with children, walking in the shelter of ancient oaks with deep appreciation. I am drawn to thresholds, paths, edges, and gates. This portfolio brings together enduring coastal palms and grasses, a fallen oak that continues to thrive, great trees emerging from fog and foliage overtaking and re-defining an ancient temple arch.
